If you take a short walk from the center of Rethymno towards the fort, you practically stumble upon this gem. And trust me, this is a place you want to stumble into. ​The View: Let’s be honest, the terraces here are a serious hazard to your phone’s battery life. You just can’t stop taking photos of the sea until your phone literally overheats. The view is so beautiful it’s almost rude. I briefly considered selling my rental car and moving onto the terrace permanently, but I don’t think the staff would approve. ​The Staff: Speaking of the staff: what an incredibly friendly bunch of legends. They run around with smiles on their faces like they’ve just won the lottery. They make you feel right at home instantly—except here, you don’t have to do the dishes afterward. ​The Food: And then, the food... Heaven. Prepare yourself for a bit of an inner conflict: you’ll want to eat slowly and civilized to savor every bite, but it’s so delicious that it vanishes within three minutes. Zero regrets about a single calorie. ​In short: Amazing location, fantastic food, and a vibe that instantly puts you in a good mood. Go here, but make sure to save a table for me when I come back!

Locazione molto carina con una bellissima vista sul mare e fortezza veneziana. Cibo ottimo!

Το φαγητο ηταν οκ.Το μονο π μου χαλασε τη διαθεση ειναι π η σερβιτορα προσπαθωντας να χωρεσει τον πελωριο δισκο με την ποικιλια εριξε πανω μου κατα λαθος τυροκαυτερη και με λερωσε και περα απο το συγνωμη δεν εκανε καμια προσπαθεια του στυλ να σας φερω κατι να καθαριστειτε.

Great personnel and just a good and beautiful restaurant

We were first greeted by the stunning views from the cliff top seating area. We booked for dinner so we were accompanied by an softly coloured changing sunset during our meal. The service was attentive and prompt (from booking online to our time in the restaurant) and not fussy. The food was authentic and simple.
