Found using AI on the Internet but also spotted a couple of signs dotted around the local town Open from 1800, restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff made us feel very welcome. First visit was as a walk by but made a reservation online for the 2nd visit. Food was excellent and the menu catered for us as vegans but there was meat on the menu if you require. The food we had was Tapas style and included tomato balls, zucchini fritters, eggplant bake was superb along with Fries and my favourite dolman. Price was very reasonable on both visits approximately £20 per head and included a large beer each. Very filling and like a lot of places in Greece/Crete you are not rushed to leave.

Small family-run restaurant with delicious food at good prices. We were in a group of 17 people there and enjoyed the evening.

Booked a table online. Thd process was simple and response time was great. The easiest option as the restaurant is up a hill from the village and it saved time walking up if there was no table available. I like this option! Our reception was great, they were expecting us and at a the early dinner sitting there were many tables to choose from. We were able to sit on the balcony with a lovely breeze and a view of the coastline beyond the apartments below. Selecting dishes by using a tick chart is different than the norm but it did give us time to choose our mix and match meze plates from the wide variety available. This must work great for anyone with language issues, but for me, who enjoys the fun and interaction of struggling to order with limited Greek it felt a little less personal The food was great and well priced, decent portions for small plates and better value than anything in the restaurants on the main beachfront. Service was pleasant and friendly. The restaurant, with its art gallery vibe gave plenty to look at talk about in addition to the balcony view. Clean and efficient this is a good option for a lunch or dinner. Affordable with plenty of options for every taste. Definitely will be on my list of places for another meal out. We come to this village for annual holidays and prefer to eat around the locals than the tourist places on the main strip. We will be back

The food was just excellent the service was ok, a bit slow with one employee manning the cash register and also waiting tables. The dishes were defined as tapas dishes but in my opinion they weren't small. Overall great value for money.

We had very nice dinners here. Food is fantastic and the service as well. Mezes are typically Greek and come in good portions.

Food and drink excellent and brilliant value for money. We visited twice and both times bill was less than 80 euros for four adults including drinks. Tapas wasn’t some I was expecting in Crete but so glad we ate there. Owner and family all fantastic. Well worth the visit.
