I would thank specifically Mr yannis for his welcome and his service and the fact of putting us at ease, knowing that I am Muslim and I wear the headscarf and I was afraid of being treated in a slightly racist way but there it was quite the opposite, I am very satisfied thank you very much and hope to come back there another day. and a big thank you to the boss's daughter who took us to the hotel with her own car

This restaurant was a short walk from the hotel and the food was really good. It was our last meal before we caught our flight back home. I would visit again.

I came to Mario’s with my girlfriend and we loved it the first time so we came back on our last day of the trip. Absolutely amazing food, the view of the sea is also beautiful, or favorite starter was the local white eggplant (you have to to try it). The service was absolutely outstanding, both times we went the waiters were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable with the different fish they had, amongst other dishes. Also, the free parking available beside the restaurant made it more accessible. There’s also a kids play area which makes this place very good for family meals.
10/10 would recommend, I can’t wait to go back soon!

This was one of the biggest surprises of our stay in Santorini. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were mad to feel at home by Yannis and the team. the location is idyllic right on the beach. The food was so delicious and perfectly presented. Despite initially planning to select our own choices from the extensive menu, we were persuaded by Yannis to follow his direction, and he certainly did not let us down. The wine was also amongst the best we had on the island. The hospitality even extended to Yannis and the team agreeing to let us have a takeaway one evening, even though it is not something they normally provide. Thank you so much to the team at Marios. You will not regret a visit. We will certainly be back

We enjoyed everything about our eating experience at Mario's. The English speaking Maitre D' and server were very friendly and courteous which helped make the experience top notch.
We selected our delicious fresh fish and, if desired, they de-boned it for us tableside. The Greek liqueur they offered from the Mastic tree was quite interesting and flavorful.

Another hidden gem in the island, which in the first place and on paper may not be appealing since it is located close to the airport. However, it is still isolated and touching the beach (the summer terrace is literally partially on the beach), the dinning atmosphere reveals to be very pleasant.
Here you can eat authentic Greek cuisine as well as seafood, all what we had was delicious (grilled octopus, tamara and fresh daily fish, priced upon the weight), as well as the wine.
Unlike in other restaurants we’ve been on the island, here the waiter gives us “his show” to recommend food, based on our initial inquiries. I actually didn’t chose per se the fish I was going to eat, although I could have followed the waiter to “select” it amongst the available pieces, but ended up with a red snapper which was delicious. He also didn’t provide a wine list but brought 2 bottles of white wine on the table and made us taste them and chose the one we preferred. Quite unusual practice and may not fit everyone service expectations but although we’re a bit reluctant at first it ended up being and excellent dinner!
So highly recommended place, away from the crowd and overpriced tourist shaped restaurants of Fira or Oia.

Cozy atmosphere friendly service enchanting view and superb food! We had a table on the sand, quite place no crowd far from the caos of Oia and Thira....very relaxing experience. I often go to Mario's when I stop by Santorini

The staff made me and my girlfriend a special Greek starter to go with the bread we ordered on the house and it was soo amazing. we ordered seafood for the mains and everything was soo good, have got no complaints at all.

We were treated like favored guests from the moment we went in.
We went back several times during our stay in Santorini. For a special birthday dinner our waiter brought in a cake he had purchased on his own from a local bakery.
Every meal is a gorgeous presentation and every bite is delicious.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. It’s not in the hustle and bustle of all the tourists and that’s what i loved. The food was fresh, very affordable, but it was the service that will make me come back next time I’m in Greece. Gianni, don’t know exact spelling was nothing short of spectacular! I got to pick out my specific fish that they just caught 2 hours prior! He took charge and brought us all their signature dishes and the chefs prepared them perfectly. We did not want for anything and were very well taken care of
