Large car park surrounded by olive trees. Beautiful view of Kalamata Bay. Don't miss the sunset, it's worth it. Large selection of fresh fish, which the chef lets us choose. Very good mezze, salad, squid and fresh potato chips. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We went there twice in one week.

Fantastic sea view and sun set breathtaking. The fresh fish excels for taste, freshness and simplicity. The food does the talking. And with fresh Greek salad it was delicious. A plate of fresh seasonal fruit finishes with a small ouzo ….. perfect

We dined with 5 people on a Sunday afternoon 1:30pm reservation. Service was kind and prompt, the food came out quickly and yet we were not rushed in our experience. We had small fish and some appetizers with wine. The food was fresh and very well prepared and the price was quite appropriate. We enjoyed the entire experience immensely.

I booked this restaurant for our 1st night stay in a hotel nearby. I read lots of reviews some good, some bad but decided to go ahead. Initial appearance may put some people off because it is not your usual blue and white Greek taverna. The tables are old, the chairs likewise, the ground is bare earth and uneven and you do not come across many foreign tourists here likely for those very reasons but the food is brilliant, the staff speak reasonably good English and are attentive. In fact, we enjoyed it so much we returned on our 2nd evening and will visit again before we leave. Fish is priced by weight but you are invited into the kitchen to pick what you want. They do not have everything on the menu likely because of availability i.e. over-fishing of the Mediterranean but the fish we ate was very, very, good as were the lamb chops and pork chops. I recommend the lamb chops of the two.

Tucked just off the main road, this Greek fish restaurant is a delightful surprise with an unbeatable view of the Kalamata Paralia. As we settled into our table, the stunning sunset painted the sky while boats glided across the shimmering water below—an experience in itself.
The meal was nothing short of superb. We handpicked a fresh fish, which came out deboned and perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides elevated the entire dining experience: tender grilled octopus, crisp village salad, golden fries, and fresh, crusty bread that disappeared far too quickly.
Service was warm and welcoming, with staff who made us feel relaxed and right at home. And the best part. The price offered fantastic value given the quality, ambiance, and overall experience.
Whether you're passing through Kalamata or planning a seaside evening, this spot is more than worth a detour. 🌊🐟

Taverna in posizione ottima con la migliore vista sulla spiaggia di Kalamata. Molto suggestiva al tramonto. Porzioni abbondanti e pesce freschissimo, prezzo un po' più alto della media della zona,ma li vllale tutti. Sicuramente la nostra migliore cena a Kalamata,

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά! Το τραπέζι μας μας περίμενε στρωμένο όμορφα εκεί ακριβώς που είχαμε ζητήσει παρότι η κράτηση είχε γίνει μια ώρα πριν. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό!

Beautiful setting with sea views and in amongst the trees for shade.
Lovely staff & beautiful traditional Greek food for very good prices. They were able to cater for a coeliac and made no fuss of it.
Would def recommend and go again .

The restaurant takes advantage of its unique location by hosting guests in the open air under the shade of sprawling vines leaves. Guest enjoy the lovely fresh cuisine while they take in views of the Messinia bay and Kalamata sea side.
The Kalamari was the freshest I have had in all of Greece. Definitely one to include on your culinary short list when in Kalamata

Σε μια ομορφη τοποθεσία εξω απο τη Καλαμάτα, μπορεις να απολαύσεις γευσεις βλεπονταςτο το ηλιοβασίλεμα και τη παραλιακή της Καλαμάτας. Ωραίο φαγητο, πολύ καλη εξυπηρέτηση και όμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος.
