This is a fantastic restaurant right on the harbour with tables on the deck and stretching across the sand. It has a lovely ambience and the service was excellent. Starters of fried feta and zucchini were delicious as was the fresh fish selected with guidance from friendly staff. Only tip is beware mosquitos so wear repellent!

This was the perfect spot for a stop off lunch whilst out on a boat for the day.

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal im Aristos Fish Restaurant und sind jedes Mal begeistert. Das Essen ist super lecker, der Fish fangfrisch und perfekt zubereitet. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, und das Ambiente lädt zum Wohl - Fühlen ein. Absolut empfehlenswert- wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Book early to secure a table at this well known and highly regarded fish restaurant. Top quality seafood plus other traditional Greek standards at a surprisingly affordable price. Served up on an atmospheric outdoor but covered terrace. One point deducted for an inexplicable(but not disastrous) lapse in service.

We made the reservation online. I wouldn’t recommend going without one unless you’re going very early.
Almost everything we had was excellent – shrimp,grilled octopus, anchovies, sardines, calamari, etc. The taste is far above that of many other restaurants in the area. The service is extremely fast, and the atmosphere is unbeatable as it’s right by the sea :) When making a reservation, you may need to specifically request a table on the beach, as there are many outdoor areas labeled as “outside.”
In short, it’s a place we could come back to again and again.

The restaurant is lovely, the food is great and even small kids can have a good time feeding the fish in the sea, a few steps away from the tables😉 All in all, taking the trouble to make reservations in advance definitely pays off.

We wanted to go to the most praised restaurant in Ormos Panagias. We tried several times without reservation and it was futile. Even Monday at lunch, it was full. So we made a online reservation one day before. We chose a table outside. That is on the sand right near the water. We were a little worried about sun (at lunch) but fortunate they have covers, so we did not feel the sun. Table near water supposed to be a highlight, and it was from some points of view, but not from all of them. The atmosphere is great, the feeling also, but then water comes and digs some holes under your chair legs and you start to keep the balance somehow. At least for the closest place near water. Another minus was the boats beached that sometimes move on waves, pretty near your table. All in all it was fine but with small caveats. Service was fine, guys were happy to explain you, food was received fast, so everything fine also here. Then we get to the food. We wanted something specific,but we could not find any unique food different than the rest. We took fish soup, fresh fish and some grilled sardines. Fish soup was not the best one, but a very generic soup. Fresh fish was good but not extraordinary, sardines were good, but again, not different than other restaurant. All in all, food was good, but nothing amazing. Price was fair, a little over the rest of restaurants. As a conclusion, Aristos is over hyped. Do not go with very high expectations (maybe that is our fault). On the contrary Avra (near Aristos) exceeded our expectations.

You don‘t come here for the food, of course, you come for the stunning location. Situated direvtly at the small beach, view to the little harbor and the sea, the first tables sit in the samd with the waves lapping just inches away.
If you arrive by one of the many rental boats, the waiters will wave you in and support in landing the boat (as will the waiters of the other two restaurants), but if there a waves, I recommend placing the boat at the empty part of the beach. Less risk that it gets bumped in by another biat with an unexperienced „captain“.
So. The food. It‘s good, greek, fresh food. Which is something, because more often than not, you have to choose between EITHER location OR good food. Here, you get both!
Been there in May and June, not sure how it is in high seoson, probably crazily crowded…
