Fabulous food, really helpful when asking about gluten free meals, of which there were several. Great atmosphere. Friendly owner. Beautiful views. Went twice during our stay in the area.

Anatoli is hands down my favorite Greek restaurant in Crete. Nestled on a hill with a breathtaking view, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and genuinely authentic. Stella and her husband run the place with heart and soul—you feel like you're being welcomed into their home.
What really stuck with me was how, when I returned after some time away, Stella remembered my name. That small gesture said everything about the kind of care and attention they give their guests. The food is incredible—fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Their moussaka and grilled octopus are must-tries.
If you're ever in Crete, make the trip to Anatoli. It's more than a meal—it’s an experience.
