I can’t think of a more perfect place to sit and enjoy a Greek sunset.
The outdoor seating area is beautiful, serene and has an amazing view west, across the water.
The staff were lovely, attentive and welcoming.
The food was great; a modern, sophisticated take on Greek dining.

Superb place to eat, wonderful food and a great atmosphere - is a fantastic place. Food is definitely fine dining, with a mix of contemporary takes on traditional Greek and more modern international cuisine, both excellent and wonderfully presented.
beautiful setting on the hillside behind Palairos square - just a 3 min walk - but pretty steep! Lovely sunset facing terrace with dining tables and cocktail bar. Service and starters were excellent as was the lobster special. But we over indulged and had no room to try the mains! Nice wine list with some good local wines. Pricier than more traditional restaurants but a fun place trying something different. Would visit again.
The setting of Etos 1875 is is from a dream. Beautiful views across the bay, the historical building beautifully lit. The food is cooked with care and great ingrediënts (we only had to get used to the acidity of the palette). We called is Greek Bistro.
Overall a very good start for a restaurant only open for just 2 months. Great future ahead!
It is a beutyful schrieb place to sit outdide with a great view over the sea, the meals tasted so good it was graet
