Trattoria is what you expect to have when you want good Greek food while visiting the city. It was our first day of an extended Greek vacation and was was within easy walking distance from our hotel in teh Plaka section. It is located in an area with many resturants, so even if you dont eat at Trattoria, there are olenty of options jutr a few steps away. Sometimes, you cant tell the difference where one restaurant ends and the other begins!

The staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed. We loved it so much, that we came back for dinner the next night, as well.
We went back twice because it was so good. I am always a bit weary of places in mid centre but here, everything was perfect. Great food, delicious wine (we had the retsina) and the service was very friendly…
