FLOURIS tavern in today's Drosia of Mylopotamos, better known as Geni Gave in Rethymno.
The FLOURIS tavern is famous for grilled milk pork. Its fame quickly spread beyond the borders of Crete, and is known in many cities of the country and abroad, for this specialty. The FLOURIS tavern has been operating since 1925, it is one of the oldest taverns in all of Crete, offering in addition to the piglet and traditional Cretan dishes, meats and cheeses all of their own production as well as their own wine.

Ψάχναμε παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι στο Ρέθυμνο και μας είπαν πολύ για τον Φλουρή....και ευτυχώς που τους ακούσαμε...όλα τα κρέατα που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν δική τους παραγωγής και αυτό φάνηκε στην γεύση,να πάτε οπωσδήποτε
