We found the restaurant by accident.Located in one of the narrow lanes behind the bus station.Made the reservation after reading the great reviews .The hospitality has been great and the more I say about the food it will be less.The food has been one of the best that we had in our Santorini trip.
There is a reason there are so many 5-star reviews for this restaurant. It is just that good.
We shared some appetizers, some side dishes and some grilled meat and fish entrees. It was all cooked perfectly and tasted fresh.

Our dinner in Sapien was perfect. Fresh, healthy and well prepared plates with outstanding service and good wine.
Best food on the Island. Wonderful service too. I highly recommend it.
