REDIVIVA Cucina Povera is a restaurant with traditional and modern dishes, in Thessaloniki and specifically in Tsinari, one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of Ano Poli, in Thessaloniki. Our name ' REDIVIVIVA Cucina Povera expresses our philosophy: the reborn cuisine of the poor. We use traditional Mediterranean recipes, tweaked a little with a creative imaginative mood. We use simple, "humble" ingredients generously provided by Greek nature: the garden, the forest, and the sea.
