Rakomelo is a bit off the beaten track of Milos restaurants.
Food and service were very good and reasonably priced.

Very good restaurant in a beautiful place (very close to the sea where we saw a wonderful sunset). The servers are very friendly, the dishes are very good and we particularly recommend the Rakomelo white wine 😉

We had two dinners at Rakemelo while staying in Pollonia. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and their bottle of white wine is 11 euros. The restaurant is right on the water in a quiet section of town. The sunset is not to be missed.

Perfect place for a long holiday dinner
We sat outside by the water and really enjoyed our experience. It was a lovely mild night and we were able to watch the sunset over dinner. The restaurant appeared to be family run and had such a lovely warm and inviting feel. The food was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed every single thing we ordered.
Food was very good, in particular the assorted plate we had. The fish of the day (sea bream) was less impressive, and obviously undersized for what is a near threatened species.
It took ages for us to get out bill and very little dessert options, and no complimentary dessert. They need to hire an extra waiter.
We came her due to reviews about the sunset, and this place did not disappoint! The food was also excellent, as was the local wine I ordered. The service was really good, especially considering it’s a family with their kids helping to bring stuff back and forth from the physical building down to the waterfront outdoor dining area. Many cats also came by trying to get a snack but they were no bother.
The 2nd time the food and service was as good as the first time. We will come here again. The best place to eat in Pollonia. Seafood at its best.
Best place to eat in Pollonia. Right at the waters edge, facing the sunset. Not too much choice, but excellent quality and quantity. We went there twice in a row.

Θέλαμε κάτι διαφορετικό για φαγητό και μας πρότειναν το Ρακόμελο. Ενθουσιαστήκαμε με τα υπέροχα πιατα τους αλλά και την μοναδικη θεα. Το φαγητο εκει ηταν ξεχωριστή στιγμη στις διακοπές μας και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
