We received a very warm welcome, the food and wine were delicious. We had our dinner at sunset and it was absolutely magical. The view of the sea was stunning. We didn't have any kids with us, but the next table over did and the staff was very friendly with them. Amazing place!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment : très bonne ambiance, déco très sympa, vue sur la mer et nous avons très bien mangé. Merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe qui nous a accueilli et servi avec amabilité et professionnalisme ! Bravo

The setting along with the restaurant are both stunning, it is right on the sea front and the perfect place to watch the sun set over the sea. The services was 10/10 from the moment we arrive to the moment we left . All the staff are friendly and attentive without been overbearing . Been a lover of seafood this was the perfect place for me , the fresh mussels and red snapper were faultless , my partner enjoyed his food including the steak very much it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Have to say dining her at sun set was one of the highlights of our holiday , can’t recommend enough . Definitely worth a visit .

Paraplous restaurant has a great location at the sea very close to Rethymnon. Very nice to see the sunset. Making a reservation is easy done online. The personel is friendly and the food is good. Price is slightly higher than in general in the Rethymnon, but for sure fitting the food quality and great ambience.
We were staying just down the road on holiday and decided to come here for dinner one night. The staff were so attentive, friendly and made us feel so welcome.
Views were absolutely beautiful, and the whole atmosphere was lovely.
Staff were great - couldn’t fault them. Always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much hassle. The portion sizes were if anything a little too much (but this definitely isn’t a negative)! You get your moneys worth here that’s for sure. We left very full and that’s exactly what you want! 😂
