We all, seven of us, enjoyed our meals and service, as well as location. We were vacationing and this was our next to last night in Crete, but agreed that Megaro was the overall first choice if we ever return or for recommendations. We wished we had gone here first, as we would have likely returned during our trip. This is not ‘upscale dining’, just a really good restaurant that we could eat at often.
Ate here with a family group of 8 for dinner. Delicious, especially fish and mezze, great service and lots of atmosphere. Only downside is that the only bathrooms are upstairs.
From the warm welcome to the beautiful setting, this is a must visit if in Elounda. The food is amazing, beautifully presented, great value and absolutely delicious.
We had a delicious dinner here. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the fish we ordered was superb. It was reasonably priced too! Definitely recommended. Ask for a table by the water’s edge.

A wonderfully warm family run restaurant. We were so well looked after by the friendly and professional staff. All the food was authentic and delicious; the flamed salt baked sea bass was superb. The owner is really knowledgeable about wines and was able to advise us perfectly. 10/10!

The food is fresh and absolutely delicious! We had wonderful grilled fish and vegetables and great wine. The staff are so welcoming, warm, friendly and professional and really looked after us. would definitely recommend !
It looks like a tourist restaurant, perfectly situated on the water, but the food that comes out of the kitchen is absolutely delicious.
Delicious authentic Greek food, great wines, wonderful warm, welcoming service. We are always so well looked after when we go here. Fresh fish is exceptional.
