It opens its doors early in the morning to enjoy your brunch or your coffee, and goes on to enjoy delicious food and exotic cocktails. Mama Roux interior is characterized by urban and contemporary aesthetics and has nothing to envy from the restaurants of European cities. Take notes on some of their best dishes, such as: steamed bun with chicken or mushrooms, Lebanese salad with lettuce, arugula, cherry tomatoes, mint, cheese and pomegranate syrup and for your main dish we recommend trying the bulgogi trio with pear marinade, soy sauce, black sugar and sesame oil as well as fried egg rice and kimchi cabbage. If you want to make your meal even sweeter, choose Mama Roux's banoffee or one of the cocktails. Μεγάλες μερίδες όσον αφορά στις ομέλετες, φαγητό αρκετά νόστιμο, όμως έξω έχει κρυο μόνο με σόμπες... περάσαμε όμορφα αλλά το περιμέναμε καλύτερο!

Επισκεφτήκαμε το Mama Roux γιατί είχαμε ακούσει τα καλύτερα σχόλια και ήμασταν λίγο περίεργοι, αλλά και δύσπιστοι ταυτόχρονα. Το επιλέξαμε σαν ένα εστιατόριο που είναι ιδανικό και για brunch και για δείπνο, με καλό μενού. Το περιβάλλον του είναι όμορφο και η η μικρή καθυστέρηση στο service δικαιολογημένη λόγω κόσμου. Είναι ένα μαγαζί της Αιόλου που θα θέλαμε να ξαναεπισκεφτούμε.
Πολύ ζεστό περιβάλλον, μενού με αρκετή ποικιλία για να ικανοποιήσει όλα τα γούστα, όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας και προσωπικό πάντα πρόσχαρο και φιλικό. Ιδανική επιλογή για κάποιον που ψάχνει το διαφορετικό. Τα πιάτα πάντα γευστικά και σε ικανοποιητικές ποσότητες. Αν πάτε σε ώρες αιχμής χωρίς τραπέζι να ξέρετε ότι έχει μεγαλούτσικη λίστα αναμονής. Βρέθηκα στο mama roux ένα μεσημέρι μετά από βόλτα στο κέντρο. Ωραίο μαγαζί με όμορφη και ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση. Η κοπέλα στο σέρβις ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλική και ευγενική και μας περίμενε υπομονετικά να αποφασίσουμε. Όλα τα πιάτα ήταν γευστικά αν και οι μερίδες θα μπορούσαν να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερες δεδομένης της χρέωσης. Θα ήθελα σίγουρα να το επισκεφθώ και βράδυ!
