So many years have we paced by the war museum, never would have thought to peek into the Byzantium Museum to find this sweet oasis.
The menu contains a mixture of traditional and creative, contemporary Greek food. We've been here twice, both times ordering the same dishes - eaten with all senses, almost. The only critique was that the didn't serve bread-bread (there was but only described as mini Baguette-bread sticks?) to have with the meal - no chance to 'papára', which ok contemporary feel but 'ela re', when in Greece.
The service of this place is 6*s. Every experience I had here authentic restaurant and the cafe were warm and thoughtful. Fans are also on full blast and in the summer, this was a perfect oasis.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και ευέλικτη διότι φτάσαμε μία ώρα νωρίτερα από την κράτησή μας. Στην υποδοχή μας καλοδεχτήκανε και μας οδηγήσανε στο τραπέζι μας. Το φαγητό που παραγγείλαμε ήταν πεντανόστιμο. Πιστεύω όμως ότι οι τιμές είναι υπερτιμημένες.
Επίσης τα παρτέρια του κήπου στον εξωτερικό χώρο είναι αφρόντιστα κάτι που είναι εντελώς αταίριαστο σ΄ένα αριστοκρατικό χώρο.
Πολύ καλό φαγητό, το προσωπικό πολυ εξυπηρετικό και με φιλική διάθεση. Μια βολική λύση για καλο φαγητό στο κέντρο, σε ωραίο και ήσυχο σημείο.
My first visit was in 2021. My experience then was great, wonderful food and service. This time round in 2024, I was not disappointed. The service and food was better than I recalled. Though there were a few dishes they had run out of, the few we had were great. Our waitress was very helpful and informative. All in all a wonderful early evening dinner to end our day.
I definitely recommend this restaurant in the heart of the city

Lovely place to meet for lunch in the gardens of the Byzantine museum. The setting is so tranquil you feel that you are out in the countryside - while being in the center of Athens.
The food was good - had some delicious Greek specialties.
Do not miss this place - worth visiting.
Υπέροχος χώρος, με σεβασμό στον πελάτη, πολύ εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό και υπέροχο φαγητό! Το κατάλληλο μέρος για χαλαρή κουβεντούλα ή και για μια επαγγελματική συνάντηση. Έχω πάει αρκετές φορές και για τους δύο λόγους και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω!
