Με φανταστικό χειροποίητο ψωμί και εμφανίσιμα πιάτα με ιδιαίτερες γεύσεις. Όμως επειδή είναι αε νησί, θα προτιμούσα να ναι δίπλα σε θάλασσα..

Good advice for wine.
Before leaving they present a delicious homemade liquor! Very special, made from geraniums, red wine and herbs.
We even got a little bottle as a present for my mother (87 yo)

The restaurant is really beautiful and has a great atmosphere! The food could be better but the linguine with the fish bolognese was exceptional! The service could be better for a restaurant of that size and for the price that was requested

We have been coming for 4 years in the Familia restaurant and each time, we are delighted to discover new original flavours. The food is really really great.
The place is very nice, outdoor with a beautiful decoration. Enough space between the tables.
The Chef always comes to greet customers and check if everything is ok.

Κάτι διαφορετικό στα Κύθηρα. Ανεβάσει το επίπεδο της εστίασης στο νησί. Προχωρημένο φαγητό αλλά και χαρούμενο σέρβις. Αξίζει να το δοκιμάσεις!

We went there twice in our 5 days stay on Kythira.
Giota makes a remarkable effort to pair the contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with some of the finest Greek and European wines. The place has been transformed over time into a culinary destination for the whole island and compared to the prices of other restaurants in the area is definitely good value for money. Service is a bit distant but overall efficient.

We return to Familia every year because we love it. The ambiance and the food are great. We would love to see more new dishes from one year to the other and friendlier personnel with less attitude.
