We live on the island and we have tasted the food in most of the restaurants on Milos. Enalion is our favorite as it has very fresh fish and seafood, traditional Greek dishes made in a very respectful and traditional way, at reasonable prices. It is not presumptuous it is not gourmet and it is not fusion. It is honest Greek flavours made with locally sourced ingedients.
If visiting in summer and if you want to eat in the evening, recommendations are strongly recommended.

We dined at Enalion recently as a family of four. Our meal was flavourful and typical of waterside restaurants in the area. The ambience was good, not great, due to the lighting at our particular table. I’m sure sunset would have been very different. Service was good, and prices are on the higher end due to the location.

We think this was our best meal in our 2 weeks in Greece. Have the fish plaki, made by the 86 year old matriarch of the family. Delicious!! Service was kind and friendly. Wines were beautiful. A wonderful experience.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The view was beautiful, our table was ready when we arrived, and the service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious – especially the calamari, which was outstanding.
We made reservations online for a table by the beach. The waiting staff were excellent they recommended how our choices off the menu should come out to the table. . Fresh potato salad as the potatoes were just picked from the farm. Zucchini balls were excellent. We had a whole fish which was good. Receiving your bill was a wait. We would recommend.
With excellent food and great team, this restaurant is one of the best in Milos
