Our second visit to dal Professore, tucked away in the Naxos town harbor. Creative menu blending Greek and Italian influences. Excellent wine list. Lovely service. We even loved their playlist!

Πολύ ωραίο φαγητό και τα πρώτα καο τα κυρίως. Το επισκεφθήκαμε δυο φορές μέσα σε δέκα μέρες. Και η πίτσα πολύ ωραία και μεγάλη ποσότητα για παρέα.

The food was amazing , fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We watched the sunset from our table, which made the experience even more special. The service was really good too friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend for a perfect dinner with a view!
My diet consists of way more Italian food than most people and I've eaten at most of the best Italian restaurants in major cities around the world, so I was incredibly surprised to find the best Carbonara (Carbonara Tartufata) I've ever had at a beautiful waterfront restaurant in Naxos the first night of our visit. I don't really write reviews but had to remark on this place. It's also one of the best places in town to watch the sunset. My girlfriend and I loved it so much that before we even left our table at the end of the meal, we made a reservation to come back a few nights later on our last night of the trip and each got individual orders of the Carbonara because sharing one wouldn't suffice. Every dish was very well done and the ambiance is great for both couples and families.
This restaurant was recommended to us 4 years ago and we have been at least once every year since. The food is superb. It is a lovely Port spot and the staff are amazing. Try the grilled fish with Sicilian pasta or the divine pizzas.
