Description
The restaurant "Alati" is located at the entrance of Chalkida, right after the high bridge in the area of Ag. Marina, overlooking the tourist harbor and the karnakia and is just a 5-minute walk from the old bridge and the beach of Chalkida. In a place with a carefully decorated and minimalist atmosphere, with a lovely terrace and tables across the street during the summer.Here you can enjoy from well-roasted fresh fish and fried calamari, fish soup on cold days, to carpassio sea bass, black risotto with cuttlefish and crab salad from genuine crab. These and many more "flavors of the sea", cooked with respect and love by chef Vangelis Bithikoukakis, you can accompany them with wines from the local, Greek and international vineyards and a wide variety of spirits.

Εξαιρετικό φαγητό και service όπως πάντα! Αυτή την φορά πήγαμε στην νέα τους διεύθυνση μέσα στην Χαλκίδα που μας άρεσε εξίσου και αυτή. Πάρα πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία, με θέα ένα γραφικό λιμανάκι παρόλο που είναι μέσα στην πόλη της Χαλκίδας
Όλα τα πιάτα ήταν γευστικά και όμορφα σερβιρισμένα.
We have been to Alati many times and each time its a great experience. Best to go around sunset as the location is probably the best susnset spot ever! The food is of high quality and also beautifully presented. You cannot go wrong on anything but our favourites are black risotto, sardines (not always available) fava, grilled squid and salad with figs...pg and grilled cheese and... :) think we tried everything and its just super good. Additionally the relaxed athmosphere just at the seaside makes it just great. Cannot wait to be back
We were very pleasantly surprised with the location and the food. A little gem off the beaten track.
