Omg this is the place you must go while visiting Crete. Very authentic family run tavern with local food. Service was outstanding you cannot ask for more .Food was delicious we could feel is local.price very affordable and portions are massive. We were treated with local desert and honey Rakiji 🍯.wanted to buy the bottle but owner give it to us as a gift. Definitely will be back as this is the place you can taste authentic Greece. Thank you very much.

This restaurant is really a pearl. It’s located in a nice village at the slope of the White Mountains. A traditional local taverna, with beautiful interior. In summer time you can sit outside under the trees between the church and the restaurant and enjoy your food and the song of the night birds. The food is traditional and very tasty. I like the chicken on the skewers, but all the other dishes are yummy as well. The family is serving you, very friendly and efficient. Every time on Crete I don’t miss to have a nice dinner here. Online booking is easy and recommended, because it has become quite popular.

The greeting since we arrived excellent service. The food traditional Cretan but sooo tasty. We had saganaki yummy pork stake tender and so juicy. Pasta with staka mmm. Do not miss it
