We dined here last year and had an excellent experience, so this year we decided to return with a group of friends, which I was a little nervous about - keeping a large group happy isn’t always easy!
The restaurant did not disappoint. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful. Easily one of the most stunning settings on the island. Food was outstanding. Traditional Greek dishes elevated with a creative, modern twist.
Everyone in our group loved the experience, which says a lot!
Without question, one of the best restaurants on the island. Thank you for another memorable evening. We will absolutely be back!
The food here is first class. I would recommend the pork tenderloin, it was incredible. Thank you for two wonderful nights of cuisine.
Obelix food and friendly staff. We enjoyed it several times in the last three years.
Very nice restaurant however got the wrong meal ! They did apologise and offer to change it but would take 30 minutes minutes - they did take it off the bill ! Nice but small portions !

Wir waren im Juni 2026 mit meiner Frau gleich zweimal im 1912 und haben beide Male einen rundum gelungenen Abend verbracht. Vom ersten Moment an stimmte einfach alles: die aufmerksame und kompetente Beratung, das hervorragende Essen und das wunderbare Ambiente. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut hier in den Service und die Küche fließen – ein Engagement, das man selbst in Deutschland nur noch selten findet.
Für uns gehört das 1912 zu den besten Restaurants, in denen wir hier waren – wenn nicht sogar das beste. Eine klare und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
