Ristorante caratteristico, con terrazza con vista sul porto di Skiathos. Ambiente accogliente e rilassante, non abbiamo trovato il solito baccano che è tipico dei locali posti al centro. Abbiamo ordinato piatti a base di pesce, di ottima qualità. Peccato solo per il risotto, avrebbero dovuto tirarlo fuori almeno 10 minuti prima.

Αψογη εξυπηρετηση θεα δοκιμασαμε λιγκουινι με μοσχαρι ναιιιι αψογο ισως το καλυτερο που εχω δοκιμασει....πολυ ωραια μουσικη μπραβο παιδια συνεχιστε τη καλη δουλεια!

Saw the reviews online and thought I might as well check it out while in Skiathos. It did not disappoint. A warm welcoming staff greets you with a smile and the ambiance is like having dinner at a friend's home. With wonderful ocean and scenic views the environment is a perfect date night setting which is why I chose it to celebrate my wife's birthday. Food was excellent, I had the chicken penne pasta and my wife had the filet. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Only issue I had was not with the restaurant but the parking in the city can be an adventure so if you have a reservation make sure you leave a little early because parking can be an adventure in the city .

We ate here twice during our stay, it was lovely each time. Small but varied menu, which is always good. The staff are very polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend, especially the fillet steak.

First time visit on a Saturday evening in July. I would recommend a reservation as the restaurant was full. You won’t be disappointed, great food, good service, good choice of wine and fairly priced. We had salmon and the seafood risotto for mains, both excellent. The outdoor terrace offers great views over the bustling old port below (not all seats). Would highly recommend a visit.

“We found this place by chance while looking for somewhere a bit cooler, and ended up loving it — the breeze, the view over the port from the terrace, and above all, the quality of the food.
No offense to the many tavernas in the little alleys or by the port, but this place had that extra something we were looking for. A touch of finesse, great taste, quality ingredients, and well-thought-out dishes.
We all said the same thing: what a shame we only found it at the end of our holiday!”

Came back this year , and again was blown away by the warm welcome and fabulous food., and of course wonderful views over the harbour.
Sharing starters , with beef carpaccio , a standout, prawns where juicy, I had the tuna steak cooked perfectly, beef pasta special and seafood risotto were all amazing, nothing was less than lovely. Service was quick and attentive and really friendly. A most visit when in Skiathos

Such a lovely place to eat. Food is first class and the staff are great. If you book you get the rooftop tables which overlook the port. It feels magical and the atmosphere is so chilled.
Staff are so polite and accommodating. They recommend dishes and explain what you are getting.
Service was quick and they were very attentive. Had two wonderful meals there whilst on holiday and both times were amazing. Well done for getting it so right.

Visited a few weeks ago, food was excellent albeit a little more pricey, but paying for the views.. . , the service was 100 % perfect and the views outstanding.

Beautiful restaurant in a great position in Skiathos old port. Service was of the highest standard & warm welcome! Table setting was immaculate & wine house selection was superb. Selection menu was extensive & varied leading us to our meal which was delicious & served beautifully! The chef’s can be seen cooking in the kitchen as you make your way to your table which we loved! Compliments to all the kitchen & chefs can’t wait to return superb!!

We visited scala by recommendation of a close family friend. We were given a great table which overlooked the harbour and town below. Our food was fantastic, beautifully cooked and presented, staff were very friendly and chatted with us. A high class restaraunt with high class food and relaxed atmosphere. We will return.

We are at the restaurant twice whilst on the island. The food was outstanding and so was the service. The view across the port was the best so make sure you go to the top seating area. All in all a great evening

Scala is one of the very best restaurant in Skiathos, the food is excellent and the setting is one of a kind, a quaint little rooftop which over looks the port. Staff and service is always fantastic! I have visited the island many times and always return to scala. The food is a modern take on Greek / Mediterranean and never disappoints. The beef carpaccio is the best I’ve ever had and a must try!

This restaurant was recommended to us by friends who had been to Skiathos before. We enjoyed a lovely evening, sat on the roof top terrace with a stunning view of the Old Port. The service was fantastic and the staff were professional, friendly and attentive. We all chose different dishes from the menu and enjoyed all our meals, they were delicious. Would highly recommend Scala restaurant.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and service superb. We didn’t have a table with a view unfortunately but still enjoyed our evening very much.

Everything was amazing. The house wine was superb, and the food...WOW, exceptional. The ambiance was perfect, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The stairs are a bit steep, so for more elderly people, it might be too much. If you're in Skiathos, Scala is a must!

This restaurant is lovely. The staff make it. Of course the food was great but the team are fabulous and can't do enough for you. We were also able to enjoy 3 courses at leisure as we weren't rushed at all, plus there was a nice wait between starters and mains so you had time for your food to digest and not feel uncomfortable when leaving. I wish we found this place at the beginning of our holiday as we would of gone again. A must go to restaurant in Skiathos.

The restaurant has a menu for every taste, not to overwhelm you with choices, but all high quality and well put. The terrace on the roof gives spectacular views to the Skiathos port and castle. Excellent staff, very professional, helpful and fast. If you want to enjoy high end food, combined with awesome ambience and garnished with good music - this is the place in Skiathos

We visited this restaurant twice during our holiday and enjoyed both meals enormously. It was on a roof top to you have to climb two flights of steps so anyone with mobility issues may struggle, but it is so worth the climb and i would definitely recommend you spend an evening here. the staff were very friendly and professional and the food was excellent.

The scala Resturaunt was an absolute gem and one of the best meals we’ve had in Skiathos. The welcome and attention of the staff coupled with the ambience and food quality was very good. The quality of the food was excellent, fresh and beautifully presented. We are visiting a second time for our last night in Skiathos, we enjoyed our meal that much.

Was lucky enough to visit this restaurant once again this October- after two previous visits this summer. It didn’t disappoint! Gorgeous food - the mussels and fillet steak pasta were delicious, the pink Prosecco was too. Very welcoming staff - thanks for a lovely evening- we’ll see you next year 😁

Scala’s food and service is excellent. Have enjoyed eating here on 2 occasions and would highly recommend it. Would have been back again but Storm Daniel chose to arrive and spoil things. I hope the restaurant, along with everyone else survived the onslaught that hit this lovely island.

An amazing place, with the beautiful view, extremely friendly staff and delicious food. We had tuna with vegetables and it was perfectly done and served and afterwards we enjoyed lemon pie and it was as well very delicious.

Although we waited over an hour for our food once it arrived it was certainly worth it.
Staff kept us informed of the delay and very kindly provided a free drink each and desserts to share.

It was our last night on holiday in Sciathos and it was made really memorable by our visit to Scala. The staff were friendly and helpful, very informative regarding the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. The view from the top floor was fantastic which added to the atmosphere. If you are in Skiathos this is the very best place to eat.

Scala Restaurant is set in a stunning rooftop location with views over Skiathos Old Port. The team there are friendly, courteous and welcoming and pay every attention to detail. The menu will introduce you to a gourmet selection of delicious Mediterranean fine dining. We have eaten there on many occasions and have never been disappointed.

We had a reservation for 4 at 9pm. Unfortunately only one sea bass was available which was actually quite small and a little dry.
The seafood linguine, steak and tuna where very nice. Pleasant service although the price was quite high.

Myself and my wife had the restaurant recommended to us . We had been told the chef, Andy made the perfect steak so we had to try.
