Wow. What can I say? This is our favourite restaurant in Crete so far. Safe to say, we will be returning before we fly back home.
I had the mushroom truffle risotto and it was just incredible. Better than any I have had before whilst traveling. My wife had the pork fillets and the whole dish was perfectly balanced with the celery puree and potatoes.
For dessert, we both had the lemon tart. I don't usually eat dessert, but this lemon tart was absolute perfection. The whole desert, once again, was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, not overwhelmingly lemony. Just perfect.
I didn't catch our waiters name, but he was perfectly helpful and attentive, treating us like VIPs. You could really tell that he was proud to serve their food, and now I know why.
A top restaurant which you must visit, given the chance!
