I first visited this restaurant nine years ago and was left with such a positive impression, particularly because of the warm and attentive service provided by the owner. The food was absolutely fabulous.
Recently, I decided to return to this place where I had such wonderful memories, and I am delighted to say that I experienced exactly the same positive emotions once again. The food was outstanding, and the service was truly exceptional, delivered to the highest standard.
It was a real pleasure to return, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food, outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Buonissimo ristorante principalmente di pesce. Ottimi piatti. Servizio veloce e cortese. Siamo stati 2 settimane a Sithonia e abbiamo mangiato qui ben 2 volte in quanto lo abbiamo trovato il miglior posto per mangiare del buon pesce fresco e non solo!

This restaurant has been my favorite in all Sithonia, you should stop here if you want Greek food sourraned by a magical sunset.

Das war der Tipp, den wir von Armin, einem deutschsprachigen (Muttersprachler) befreundeten Guide von Greeksafari.com erhalten haben.
Und der Tipp war ein Volltreffer. Die Wirtin, kocht selbst und die Kinder machen den Service.
Liebevolle Einrichtung und Tische mit Blümchen, wenn man per Mail reserviert. Aussicht auf das Meer und abends auf einen grandiosen Sonnenuntergang.
Das ist der Rahmen für das Wichtigste in einem Restaurant, nämlich das Essen.
Und das ist einfach unglaublich lecker. Angefangen mit wunderbaren Vorspeisen und leckeren Salaten geht es weiter zu den Hauptgängen. Egal ob Fleisch, vegetarisch (haben wir als Hauptgang ausgelassen) oder Fisch- bzw Garnelengerichte. Es schmeckt fantastisch und hat eine individuelle Note, die wir in den vielen anderen Restaurants nicht gefunden haben.
Wir waren deswegen zweimal im Blue Maris zu Essen, obwohl der Anfahrtsweg für uns ca 30km betrug.
(Hätten wir das Blue Maris nicht erst am drittletzten Tag entdeckt, wären wir noch öfter dort gewesen)
