Description
Gaia's Den landed in Thessaloniki in June 2018 to introduce the Thessaloniki to the philosophy of pescetarian cuisine. Fish and seafood play a dominant role in the dishes and, of course, nothing includes meat or meat. Gaia's Den introduces us to a whole gastronomic philosophy, faithful to the ecological consciousness, not only to the materials, but also to the way we prepare the dishes, using biodegradable utensils.
The owners of Gaia's Den took advantage of their knowledge of pescetarian cuisine and set up a tavern in Thessaloniki that they themselves sought as consumers. Everyday, on Egyptian Street 17, in Ladadika, Thessaloniki, we choose the freshest ingredients and serve our special appetizers such as Dacoo Cheesecake, Eggplant Schnitzel, Lahmajoun, Seafood Pasturama and Delicious Rizelikon with Delicious Rizicari.
Let's not forget there is also a large selection of Tapas, a constantly updated list. To close, a visit to Gaia's Den is enough to discover new flavors and aromas, with the sounds of ethnic, chill and funky music and to get a new insight into how we coexist with the environment.
