It is located in Gialos, in the town of Mykonos, and remaining faithful to the philosophy of the Group presents a modern version of Cycladic and Mykonian cuisine with dishes such as: an Onion Pie, with Ice Cream from Mykonos Shooting and Fresh Onion Oil with its own Chemroce M from Carob, Feta Kopanisti of Mykonos, Grilled Tomatoes and Fresh Onion Oil, always supporting small, local producers and their products.

The Bouboulo Fine Myconian Cuisine Restaurant in Mykonos invites the visitor from the morning for a wonderful brunch, now famous in all the stores of the Nice n ’Easy Group. Shocking Royal Eggs (Fried Eggs, Corfu Butter Sauce, Salvos Gravlax, Pre-Baked Bread and Mustard Pickle), until the evening for a fine dinning experience with dishes of real gastronomic surprises.
